LaLiga Santander has been forced to adjust to an era without both Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, and now there will be the first Clasico between Barcelona and Real Madrid without the pair for years.
Barcelona are set to welcome their fiercest rivals to the Camp Nou, with their own season needing to be put back on the right track after a number of dismal results.
Real Madrid have been in much better form this term will be expecting to pile the misery on Los Cules after beating Shakhtar Donetsk 5-0 in the Champions League in midweek.
Eden Hazard will face a battle against time to be fit enough for the match, whilst Barcelona will definitely be without Pedri, Ousmane Dembele and Ronald Araujo who were all ruled out earlier in the week.
Ferland Mendy made a return to action in the Champions League meeting with Shakhtar Donetsk, although it's unclear if he will be deemed ready for a match with the intensity of the Clasico.
Ronald Koeman will have to find a way to blunt Karim Benzema, as Barcelona's defence has been incredibly porous this term.
