Kamaldeen Sulemana, 19, is the man of the moment in France after an impressive showing in Rennes' win over Paris Saint-Germain and one of his former coaches believes he can be better than Neymar.

Rennes signed the Ghanaian winger from Nordsjaelland for 15 million euros in the summer and the Danish club's head coach Flemming Pedersen believes the youngster is something special.

"He's a whirlwind, we're talking Neymar level potential, maybe even more because he's even faster," said Pedersen while Sulemana was still on his team.

Sulemana arrived at Nordsjaelland straight from the trailblazing Right to Dream academy in Ghana, who actually own the club. After making his debut at 18 years old, he went on to notch up 14 goals and eight assists in 42 games.

Rennes beat many other admirers to secure his signature less than 18 months after his senior debut and after outshining Lionel Messi, Neymar and co. on Sunday, his reputation continues to grow.

As well as assisting the opener for the home side, Sulemana was also the Rennes player with most duels and most duels won, as well as dribbles attempted and completed. He also lead the team in tackles attempted and won and chances created.

"I came to play in these types of games," Sulemana said before the game.

"I watched Messi and Neymar when I was little and being able to be on the same pitch as them is a dream come true.

"It makes you want to give everything and show what I'm capable of."

He did just that and if you weren't already, you're going to want to start paying attention to Kamaldeen Sulemana, who has already been capped at senior level by Ghana.
