Marc Guehi is reportedly being pursued by a string of European giants including Real Madrid and two top-six Premier League clubs.

The England defender has attracted attention with his solid performances at the back for Crystal Palace last season and England at Euro 2024

Barcelona and Juventus are also named among his admirers as the 23-year-old has become one of England's standout performers in a testing Euros campaign.

Arsenal and Tottenham are the final two clubs identified as suitors for the Palace star, who has two years left on his deal at Selhurst Park.

The London club are expected to demand around £50million for the defender, according to The Sun

That is a price in the region of the £55m which they are reportedly going to receive from Bayern Munich for Michael Olise, as per German journalist Christian Falk

Cashing in on both of those stars would give Oliver Glasner a handsome budget to play with ahead of the new Premier League season.

On today's episode of the It's All Kicking Off! Euros Daily podcast, Sami Mokbel reveals that England's stars are discussing transfers among themselves.

Manchester United have shown interest in Guehi in the past but are now pursuing a move for Bayern defender Matthijs de Ligt, with whom Erik ten Hag worked at Ajax five years ago.

United are ready to offer De Ligt, 24, a five-year contract if they can strike a deal for £42m including add-ons with Bayern Munich, who need the money to sign Jonathan Tah from Bayer Leverkusen as his replacement.

The Red Devils could also make a fresh bid for Jarrad Branthwaite as opposed to competing with European rivals for Guehi.

Guehi was at the heart of England's comeback against Slovakia, heading the ball on for Jude Bellingham's overhead kick to get the Three Lions level in the 95th minute before Harry Kane scored the winner in extra-time.

However, he will miss Saturday's quarter-final against Switzerland after picking up his second yellow card at Euro 2024.

After the group stages, Guehi remained humble in the face of suggestions that he had been Gareth Southgate's best player.

'It is nice to hear. I wouldn't say I have been the best player,' he said.

'I think there have been quite a few really good performances.

'I think my strengths are to be continued. I'm continually developing everything, just getting better in every single department of my game. Whether that be communication, distribution or defending.

'It is a collective being able to defend well and if we are to go far in the tournament the defence needs to be strong.'
