The Catalans were robbed of a penalty and a goal during the 1-0 defeat at San Siro

The controversy at the San Siro enraged Barcelona. The staff and players were left furious after having a goal unfairly disallowed and not being given a penalty for handball at the end.

“That fucking ref,” was heard from Barcelona’s dressing room, and players had to be calmed down. Barcelona felt robbed.

They did not understand what referee Slavko Vincic, from Slovenia, was doing. Eric Garcia and Sergi Roberto reminded the officials of the rules in their quotes after the game.

There was also an ugly tackle by Calhanoglu on Busquets that was a yellow but maybe should have been a red card.
