Mendes arrives in Barcelona for talks over Ansu Fati, Balde & Lamine Yamal

The super agent has various files open with the Catalan club which need resolving

Jorge Mendes is already in Barcelona to meet with his clients and representatives of the Catalan club in the coming days. The super agent arrived at El Prat airport shortly before 16:00 on Tuesday accompanied by several people he trusts.

Mendes' intention is to meet with Ansu Fati and his camp in the next few hours to get first-hand information about the player's latest feelings regarding his situation at Barça and his future. And, obviously, with Barça's directors, with whom he has to solve the different 'open files'.

Nor should we forget that Mendes is in charge of representing the interests of other young Barça talents, such as Alejandro Balde and Lamine Yamal. Both are still awaiting a definitive decision on their futures. Balde, to close his renewal, while Yamal will have to sign his first professional contract in the next few weeks when he turns 16 -- and he will do so as a Barça player.

As he left the Barcelona airport terminal, Mendes briefly spoke to reporters as he made his way to his vehicle. On the possibility of Ansu staying at Camp Nou or changing his club, Mendes recalled: "Ansu is a great player, he has shown all his worth before the injury, he showed that he is a phenomenon and now we will see what will happen."

Asked directly about his future, Mendes remained ambiguous. "Is he more out than in?" he was asked. "We will see. I can't say anything," he simply replied.
