Luis Miguel Cruz was the scorer of the two goals that helped Barcelona Atlétic put one foot in the final of the second division promotion play-offs. They were two great goals that knocked out Real Madrid Castilla as Barça won 4-2 on Saturday.

A youth product of Sevilla, Luismi Cruz exploded last season with the club's reserve team. Cruz scored five goals and provided five assists in 29 appearances, which earned him the opportunity to make his debut in LaLiga, the Copa del Rey and the Europa League for the then Sevilla first-team coach, Julen Lopetegui.

But Sevilla didn't see his career in the first team and decided to loan him to Barcelona Atlétic. Barça have an option to buy him for €3 million, an amount that is difficult for the Catalan club to pay considering their economic situation.
