Hello on this Champions League final day, the day in the calendar that all football fans have had circled for months. It's Manchester City and Chelsea who'll battle for the famous trophy at the Estadio do Dragao, with the match kicking off at 21:00 CEST. Will Pep Guardiola win his first Champions League final since leaving Barcelona? Will Thomas Tuchel lead Chelsea all the way after losing with PSG last year? We'll soon find out and we'll be covering it all here in this Champions League final live blog.
Manchester City vs Chelsea, Champions League final 2021: Latest updates
This is the start of our 2020/21 Champions League final live blog, where we'll have all the latest details from the build-up, the Manchester City and Chelsea line-ups and, once the ball gets rolling, minute-by-minute updates.
20:20 CEST: It's Mateu Lahoz in the middle
Antonio Mateu Lahoz will take charge of his first Champions League final tonight. The Spanish referee has had previous clashes with Pep Guardiola, but the Catalan coach has tried to play that down in the build-up to the game. Mateu Lahoz has already whistled five Champions League matches this season, the most recent being PSG's 3-2 win away at Bayern Munich in the quarters.
20:05 CEST: Very bold from Guardiola, right?
Guessing a Pep Guardiola line-up in the Champions League is always a difficult task, as he sometimes gets stuck in his own head and overthinks things. Having already faced Chelsea in the Premier League since the final was decided, the Catalan coach must have considered so many different potential starting XIs. In the end, he has gone for a very offensive one. To start a front six of Ilkay Gundogan, Riyad Mahrez, Kevin de Bruyne, Phil Foden, Riyad Mahrez and Raheen Sterling is very bold.
19:50 CEST: And here's Chelsea's starting line-up!
We now have Thomas Tuchel's starting line-up too, with Chelsea setting up as: Edouard Mendy; Cesar Azpilicueta, Thiago Silva, Antonio Rudiger; Reece James, Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, Ben Chilwell; Mason Mount, Kai Havertz, Timo Werner.

19:15: Time for a Champions League poll: Who will win? Man City or Chelsea?
There are now less than two hours remaining until the start of the Champions League final, so let's have a poll. You can have your say here, telling us if you think Manchester City will win their first Champions League title or if Chelsea will bring the European Cup home for a second time.
18:55 CEST: Watch Tuchel impersonating Guardiola
At his hotel, in the build-up to the Champions League final, Thomas Tuchel has been filmed impersonating Pep Guardiola and some of his coaching quirks. When the Chelsea coach realised he was being filmed, it was already too late and all he could do was wave. You can watch the video of that funny moment right here.
18:35 CEST: The European Cup could return to Manchester... to the blue half
Manchester City are looking to match what Manchester United have achieved on the continent by winning a European Cup. The city would then have two different clubs with a Champions League title, something only Milan can currently claim. Manchester City have been making very clear these past few days that they feel Manchester is blue. Let's see if they can achieve their mission.
18:10 CEST: Where is the 2021 Champions League final?
If you're not quite sure where the Champions League final is being held this season, then don't worry. It's understandable. It was supposed to be held in Istanbul, but the venue was changed just weeks before the match once we found out that we'd have two English teams involved. In order to make travel easier, Porto's Estadio do Dragao was chosen because travel between the UK and Portugal is simpler right now than between the UK and Turkey. So, oddly, Chelsea will play at the Estadio do Dragao in the final even though they had to play Porto in Seville earlier in the competition when they faced the final's host club.
18:00 CEST: Manchester City and Chelsea's predicted line-ups for the Champions League final 2021
Both of these clubs have very talented squads, so who will Pep Guardiola and Thomas Tuchel select for the big match? We'll, of course, have the confirmed line-ups right here as soon as they're out, but for now let's go with the predicted line-ups. For Manchester City, that's: Ederson; Kyle Walker, John Stones, Ruben Dias, Oleksandr Zinchenko; Bernardo Silva, Rodri, Ilkay Gundogan; Riyad Mahrez, Kevin De Bruyne, Phil Foden. For Chelsea, the probable line-up is as follows: Edouard Mendy; Cesar Azpilicueta, Thiago Silva, Antonio Rudiger; Reece James, Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, Ben Chilwell; Hakim Ziyech, Mason Mount; Timo Werner.
17:45 CEST: How and where to watch Manchester City vs Chelsea on TV or streaming? What time does the Champions League final start?
More than a decade has now passed since the Champions League final moved from a Wednesday to a Saturday, so we're all well used to the feeling of sitting down to watch club football's biggest game in the middle of the weekend. The game will start at 21:00 CEST, or at 20:00 BST for the Manchester City and Chelsea fans watching on back in England on BT Sport. For those tuning in from the east coast of the USA, the Champions League final start time is 15:00 EDT and it'll be broadcast on CBS and Univision.
