Timo Werner has completed his loan move to Tottenham, the Premier League club confirmed on Tuesday.
The Red Bull Leipzig star arrived in London on Sunday to finalise terms with Tottenham and undergo a medical, having been given permission to travel from his parent club's training camp in La Manga, Spain.
Spurs officially announced the move in a statement on Tuesday evening, which read: 'We are delighted to announce the signing of Timo Werner on loan from RB Leipzig, subject to international clearance.
'The Germany international will join the Club on loan until the end of the season, with an option to make the deal permanent in the summer. He will wear the number 16 shirt.'
Negotiations around the structure of the transfer were finalised on Saturday with Tottenham agreeing to pay Werner's estimated £4.5million salary for the rest of the season in full.

Tottenham, who take on Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday, have the option to sign Werner permanently in the summer for a fee of £14.5m.
Werner returns to the Premier League for the first time since leaving Chelsea, where he struggled to replicate the elite goal-scoring form he displayed during his first spell at Leipzig.
Werner only managed to score 10 goals in 56 games for Chelsea in the Premier League
The 27-year-old star, who arrived at Chelsea in 2020 for £47.5million, struggled to adapt in the Premier League after a series of missed chances saw his confidence wane.
He returns to England with a point to prove at Tottenham, who sit fifth in the top flight under Ange Postecoglou despite a host of absentees in attack.
Summer signing James Maddison is still out injured while star man Son Heung-min will be unavailable for around a month, as he represents South Korea in the Asia Cup.
Meanwhile, Alejo Veliz has suffered a knee injury and there is interest from Saudi Arabia in Richarlison, though that is likely to be rebuffed until the summer at least.
The move has raised eyebrows as Werner's stint with bitter rivals Chelsea was not viewed as a success. However, Postecoglou views Werner's pace and selfless work ethic as ideal qualities to suit his tactics and his squad.
Werner only managed to score a mere 10 goals across 56 Premier League matches for Chelsea, frustrating fans with a lack of potency in front of goal.
Since his return to Leipzig, the German has scored 18 goals in 46 appearances across all competitions.
Although his return started with promise he has since struggled to nail down a starting place with Leipzig adding Benjamin Sesko and Lois Openda to their squad.
Now he is hoping he can rebuild his reputation under Postecoglou and earn a recall to the German national side.

By luring Werner on loan and providing Postecoglou with more options in attack, Tottenham are now able to spend their transfer budget on a new central defender, which was deemed the priority ahead of January.
Spurs were close to agreeing a deal for Genoa centre-back Radu Dragusin after tabling a £25m bid this week, but Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich are now attempting hijack the move with a competitive offer of their own.
