Frank Lampard has revealed that he avoided Cristiano Ronaldo on holiday - seemingly out of physical embarrassment.
The England and Chelsea icon happened to be staying in the same hotel as Ronaldo, 39, a few months ago.
He couldn't stomach going near Ronaldo most of the time and even wore a t-shirt as he posed for a photo next to his 'incredible' figure.
Lampard also revealed the habit that Ronaldo maintained on holiday which underlines his 'dedication' to football.
'I bumped into him on holiday a few months ago, I was in the same hotel on the beach and fortunately his sun spot each day was a little down from me,' Lampard told BBC Sport ahead of Portugal's Euro 2024 opener against Czechia.

He also said that Ronaldo went to the gym twice every day despite being on holiday
'I made sure to stay away from him because he was in incredible shape. So I gave him a little bit of distance.
'I pulled him over for a picture with my son because of the incredible player he's been and I quickly put my t-shirt on and had a nice picture with him.

Former Portugal boss Luiz Felipe Scolari claims Ronaldo was NOT 'the best player' he has coached
'I noticed he was going to the gym twice a day with his personal trainer. Just shows you his dedication to what he does.

Ronaldo, 39, is competing at a record sixth European Championship if any evidence of his longevity and physical condition were required.
This season he comfortably topped the Saudi Pro League scoring charts with 35 goals.
Not hard, some would say, but that total was two more than Sadio Mane, Riyad Mahrez, and Roberto Firmino's combined.
It was seven more than his nearest rival Aleksandar Mitrovic and almost double the joint-third-top scorers.
Ronaldo, 39, is playing at a record sixth European Championship after a fruitful season
He has scored 895 goals for club and country - an official record, although Pele's total is disputed - and this season seemed to hint at targeting the 1,000-goal mark.
While he has lifted 33 titles in his career, there is one eminent crown that Lampard can lord over him - the Soccer Aid trophy.
Lampard, 45, led England to a 6-3 win over the World XI at a packed-out Stamford Bridge earlier this month.
