All eyes will be on Manchester United this weekend as they start competitive life under new coach Erik ten Hag, and the signs during pre-season were positive for the former Ajax boss. Now, though, that is out the window and his work will start being judged from Sunday on.

Brighton are having to cope with the recent loss of Marc Cucurella after he was sold to Chelsea during the week, and the Spaniard scored the last time these two sides met. Then, in May, the Seagulls came out as shock 4-0 winners.

There's plenty of competition for a top-four finish in the Premier League this season, and Manchester United will want to start well after Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham all won their first games of the season.

United have had a tough time in recent years though and things haven't always gone to plan, now the pressure is on Ten Hag to deliver at Old Trafford.
