We are now just a week away from the start of Euro 2024 as hosts Germany will get things up and running against Scotland on Friday, June 14. 

Gareth Southgate's England have one last game to play on home soil before travelling to Germany for the tournament.

The Three Lions welcome Iceland at Wembley for their last pre-tournament friendly before they board their plane and performances on the night may prove crucial for which players are handed a ticket to Germany.

Gareth Southgate can only take 26 players out of the 33-man squad he currently has with him to Gelsenkirchen for their opening game against Serbia - therefore several players will be hoping they have proven themselves to have earned at spot at Euro 2024.

England will face Iceland on Friday, June 7 at Wembley as final preparation for Euro 2024

This will be the second of two friendlies arranged for the Southgate's side in preparation for Euro 2024. 

They played Bosnia - Herzegovina earlier on in the week, despite getting off to a slow start they managed to secure a convincing 3-0 win against the Balkan side.

Cole Palmer opening the scoring with a penalty in the 60th minute before Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold hit a superb volley to make it 2-0, followed by a classic Harry Kane striker goals to finish of the scoring. 

When is England vs Iceland?

England will face Iceland in their final pre-Euro game on Friday, June 7.  

The Three Lions will play host to the Nordic side in Wembley in their farewell game before travelling to Germany.

What time is England vs Iceland?

The game in England's capital is scheduled to get underway at 7:45pm UK time, with coverage of the game set to begin 45 minutes before the kick-off time.
