Crystal Palace have confirmed the release of three first-team stars as they announced their retain list for the 2024-25 season.

Clubs across the top-flight have been announcing who will leave the clubs at the end of their contracts this summer.

Some players though have been signed to new contracts, which is the case for former Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne.

The Crystal Palace academy graduate who rejoined the club in 2020, has signed a one-year extension after playing 23 times this season.

However, three players will be on the lookout for new clubs, including Nathan Ferguson.

The former England youth international, who joined the club from West Brom in 2020, was plagued with injuries across his time at Selhurst Park, and unfortunately made just one eight-minute cameo against Tottenham on Boxing Day 2021.

In their statement the club made a special mention to him as they said 'the club would like to place on record its thanks to Nathan for his efforts, and wish him well for the future'.

James Tomkins, also leaves the Eagles after making 136 appearances since joining the club eight years ago.

The 35-year-old was part of Team GB at the 2012 Olympics in London, during his previous stint at West Ham.

Defender Jairo Riedewald also leaves Selhurst Park, after making 97 appearances since joining from Ajax in 2017.

The departures of both Tomkins and Riedewald had been previously announced.

Palace finished 10th in the Premier League this season, winning six and drawing one of their last seven games of the season under new manager Oliver Glasner, who replaced Roy Hodgson in February.
