Graeme Souness has revealed on the Mail's Everything I Know About Me podcast why he once threw a pint of beer over one of his former Liverpool team-mates after the pair came to a disagreement in a Dublin nightclub.
The legendary midfielder would enjoy plenty of success during his time with the Reds, notably winning three European Cups and five English League titles.
The 71-year-old would join the club in 1978 and go on to eventually captain the side returning 55 goals and 40 assists across 358 competitive games.

But the former Liverpool skipper admitted that while the Reds were one of the best teams in the world, thanks to their brilliant team dynamic on the football field, sometimes personalities could clash away from the pitch.
'When there's 25 guys in a dressing room, you know, not everyone's gonna get on very well with each other all of the time,' the Liverpool legend said. 'But when we're, when we're on the pitch, there was never any issues no.'
