He's best known for his stellar sporting career with Manchester United.

And Roy Keane enjoyed a well-deserved break from his punditry duties as he headed to the beach on a relaxing holiday in Barbados on Tuesday.

The Irish football star, 52, showed off his shirtless physique as he relaxed in the Caribbean sunshine.

Known for his no-nonsense punditry views, Roy sported a pair of blue swimming shorts with an octopus print as he made his way out of the ocean.

During a recent appearance on Sky Sports, Roy said Arsenal are capable of winning the Premier League title this season and claims he's doubtful over whether Manchester City can maintain their dominance.

After a period of concern for City, they bounced back on Sunday with a 2-1 victory over Luton Town, and currently sit fourth in the table.

Keane worried City may be lacking the 'desire' and 'hunger' needed to bypass their Premier League counterparts but insists it would be crazy to bet against a side who have won the last three titles.

Speaking on Sky Sports after City's 3-3 draw with Spurs, Keane said: 'I certainly wouldn't bet against Man City, but I am starting to become doubtful about City winning that title.'

He went on to add: 'There's a reason it hasn't been won four years in a row because keeping those levels up, that hunger, desire, you get a few injuries, some of the top boys coming off it.

'But certainly Arsenal and Liverpool I'm looking at, especially Arsenal with the strength and depth they've got and the experience of last year.'

Jamie Carragher agreed with Keane, saying Arsenal will be a stronger and more challenging competitor following the 2022-2023 campaign, while Liverpool have experience at winning the league in recent years.

Carragher said: 'If you asked us all, I think we'd still fancy Manchester City for the title. We've seen this before with City, where they go on a run during the second half of the season and win 10 or 12 games on the bounce and go away from other teams. Maybe, this season, Arsenal will be stronger from their experience in those moments and we know Liverpool have been there before.'

Carragher went on to say he's happy to see the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool challenge Man City as it makes the title race more exciting for the fans.

He said: 'I know you [Micah Richards] don't want to hear this but, for neutrals, it's good to see City drop points.

'You think of them winning the treble last season and you're thinking, 'who is ever going to stop them?' You feel like you've got a title race now.

'You saw where Arsenal were last season and City still pegged them back. It feels like it could go to the last months of the season because of the situation City find themselves in.'

Keane went on to speak about the current situation at Tottenham, Keane saying: 'They need to get some of their better players back [from injury].

'They've had a decent start to the season, there's been a sticky patch over the last few weeks, but they've played some decent stuff. Get one or two [players] in during January as well.

'Could they be competing for the top four? It's a big ask, but I'm impressed with the manager. His personality is helping with the club at the moment. His laid back approach is helping the players.

'Top four might be a bit of a stretch, but there's big improvements at Spurs over the last few months.'
