Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana was among the sports stars who were at ringside in Riyadh for the latest boxing spectacular to be hosted by Saudi Arabia.
A week after helping United lift the FA Cup by beating Manchester City 2-1 at Wembley, Onana was in the Middle East for Saturday night’s event.
The Cameroon international was pictured chatting with Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the General Entertainment Authority and the man behind the sports boom in Saudi, and presented him with a United shirt with his name on the back.
Onana also spoke to Anthony Joshua who was ringside for the headline fights between Deontay Wilder and Zhilei Zhang, and Daniel Dubois and Filip Hrgovic. Zhang and Dubois emerged victorious, and Joshua is now set to face the latter at Wembley in September.

Onana joined United from Inter Milan for £47.2million last summer and was one of the players in Erik ten Hag’s squad to emerge from a difficult season with credit. The 28-year-old is expected to spend some time with his family at home in Cameroon before returning to Manchester for pre-season training.
United face Rosenborg in Norway and Glasgow Rangers at Murrayfield before embarking on a US tour that includes games against Arsenal in LA, Real Betis in San Diego and Liverpool in South Carolina. United then take on City again in the Community Shield on August 10.
