Kevin de Bruyne was left devastated after being taken off injured during Manchester City's Champions League final against Chelsea - with the Belgian in tears after a clash of heads ended his season on a sour note.
City had pinned their hopes of European glory on De Bruyne but the playmaker had struggled to get going in Porto and his evening was ended prematurely just after half time having collided with Chelsea's Antonio Rudiger.
And the 29-year-old let his emotions on full display as he was substituted by Pep Guardiola on 60 minutes for Gabriel Jesus as he was denied the chance to have an impact on the club's biggest night in their history.

It was an agonising end to a brilliant season for playamker De Bruyne at Manchester City
De Bruyne had already enjoyed a superb campaign that has seen him score 11 goals and provide 17 assists, with his displays helping City win the Premier League as well as the Carabao Cup.
But he will have been desperate to add a Champions League crown to his CV, with the score 1-0 to Chelsea at the time of his substitution.
Kai Havertz had put Thomas Tuchel's men ahead in Porto after rounding goalkeeper Ederson to slot home, with City shackled for much of the game by their Premier League counterparts.

Earlier in the game Chelsea's Thiago Silva had suffered similar agony as a groin injury forced him to cut his evening short in the first half.
The Brazilian hobbled off just before half time and looked close to tears, with the veteran defender on the losing side in last year's Champions League final while playing for PSG.
Silva had tried to continue but crumbled to the ground a couple of minutes later and had to be consoled by team-mates as he trudged from the field to be replaced by Andreas Christensen.
