Obi-Martin has visited several clubs in the UK and Germany as he assesses his options.

The 16-year-old will be eligible to sign a professional contract when he turns 17 in November but he can still sign scholarship terms prior to that.

Obi-Martin scored a remarkable 32 goals in 18 games for Arsenal U18s last season, breaking the record for the most goals by a Gunners player at that level in a single campaign.

In addition, the tall forward also trained with the Arsenal first-team as well as featuring for the Under-21s and in the UEFA Youth League.

He went on multiple remarkable scoring run for the Gunners' youth outfit in the 2023-24 campaign, netting 10 times in a 14-3 win for the Under-16s against Liverpool, and seven times for the Under-18s in a 9-0 win against Norwich.

Obi-Martin's startling display in the Norwich thrashing included a 17-minute hat-trick, which came only two weeks after he had scored five in a win against West Ham

Obi-Martin watched fellow Arsenal academy player Ethan Nwaneri become the youngest ever Premier League player when he was handed his debut in a win against Brentford at the age of 15 years, five months and 28 days in 2022.
