Jude Bellingham was universally praised for his performance in England's 1-0 win over Serbia, however Mail Sport's Nathan Salt had one piece of advice for the Real Madrid star on the latest episode of It's All Kicking Off!

Bellingham scored the only goal of the game in the first half, charging into the box to get on the end of a deflected Bukayo Saka cross and thunder home his header to give the Three Lions an early lead.

Throughout the game Bellingham was the driving force for Gareth Southgate's side, and continued to drop deep from his No 10 role to impact the game alongside Trent Alexander-Arnold and Declan Rice in midfield.

As such, he was targeted by what Dominic King described as 'the dark arts' from Serbian players in an attempt to interrupt his rhythm and focus, and barring an early incident he largely managed to rise above.

In the first half he was seen geeing up the England fans before chests barging Filip Kostic, however Salt warned that Bellingham 'cannot afford' to pick up any silly yellow cards and leave England without their star man after an avoidable ban.

He further advises the midfielder to 'temper it down' and keep his calm, adding that Bellingham is at his best when he is relaxed, while also pointing to Jordan Pickford's example of a player that appears extremely pumped, but still manages to pull out impressive stops when the time comes.
