Real Madrid have transformed the Santiago Bernabeu into more than just a stadium, it is a masterpiece of architectural design.

Long gone are the days when you would rock up to a football ground expecting to be put into a cramped seating area with an uncomfortable upright plastic seat where the only foods on offer are lukewarm burgers and hotdogs.

Real Madrid were one of the first to recognise this, and completed a renovation thought to have cost £1.5bn to upgrade their already iconic stadium. 

Besides the addition of more seats, a retractable roof and VIP nightclub, the stadium plan to build 300 'Super VIP' seats worth a staggering €250k each - making it one of, if not the most expensive seats in football and even potentially beyond.

According to Relevo, Real Madrid have created 300 'Super VIP' seats. The seats were designed with nothing but luxury and exclusivity in mind, they are separate from the stands and offer the best possible view of the pitch within the stadium.

Located in the first amphitheater, those who have the funds to acquire one of the seats, will have access to exclusive food, drinks and other products, as well as unique experiences such as live shows.

But most importantly it is a place where you can mingle and befriend some of the world's most influential people.

When coming up with the idea for the VIP area, Relevo revealed that the truth behind Real Madrid creating these seats was to create an unprecedented platform for millionaires to network.

The club revealed that these seats are 'better than the one the players have' with the hopes attracting some of the world's wealthiest.

And that they will have to do as the price you have the pay to acquire one of these seats is not cheap.

Just to gain entry into the exclusive club for the next 30 years, members must pay an entry fee of around €250,000 (£210k) as well as an annual fee for the seat. 

Purchasing one of these exclusive seats not only gives you the best view to watch all Real Madrid's home games but it also will give them access to the other various events held in the Santiago Bernabeu such as concerts and NFL games.

If all that still isn't enough to tempt you, members of this exclusive club will also receive their own parking lot.  

The new VIP area is expected to open next year and will be the latest in a long list of impressive features Madrid have added to since their ground-breaking remodel of the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real Madrid's revamp and modernisation of the Santiago Bernabeu has already seen the arrival of additional seating, to take the stadium's capacity to 85,000 as well as a retractable roof and pitch, a 360-degree screen and even a private nightclub.

Yes, Real Madrid have a nightclub in their football grounds, it was built as a feature of the ground's Sky Bar VIP suite. 

It can accommodate up to 200 guests and has a private DJ and dance floor.
