Laura Woods appeared back on TV for the first time since a gruesome facial injury when she fronted TNT Sports' coverage of the Champions League final.
The 36-year-old required surgery after suffering serious face and arm injuries while on holiday - and was forced to miss hosting duties of the boxing clash between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk last month.
However, it was not expected to keep her off the screens for long, having been named in ITV's presenting team for Euro 2024 - and two weeks before the tournament in Germany, she was hosting coverage of the Champions League final.
She appeared alongside TNT pundit Rio Ferdinand and their special guest Jose Mourinho to start the coverage at 6pm UK time, two hours before kick-off between Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.
Woods hosts TNT Sports' Champions League, Premier League and boxing coverage, after making the switch from talkSPORT last year, where she starred as a breakfast show anchor.

'Just wanted to explain my absence from the telly for a little while, to be totally transparent and avoid any speculation. I had an accident last weekend at a holiday cottage,' she said on social media.
'I swung a pillow and hit a large, glass lampshade hanging from the ceiling above me, which shattered and cut my face and arms, but luckily missed my eye,' she continued.
Woods initially feared the worst upon suffering the injury, but has been amazed by the surgery and follow-up work on her face that has done wonders on the cuts above and below her eye.
Woods went on to express her heartfelt gratitude to her boyfriend, Adam Collard and the medical staff that rushed to provide surgery on the former Sports Journalist of the Year award winner.
Collard later hit out at a vile suggestion on social media that he had been involved in the freak accident.

'Shut up you stupid **** and read her Instagram post,' Collard wrote.
