Aston Villa have completed the loan signing of French defender Clement Lenglet from Barcelona.
The centre-back arrives at Villa Park on a season-long loan from the Spanish champions, after spending last term on loan at Tottenham.
Lenglet made 35 appearances for Spurs last season and scored in the club's 2-1 Champions League win over Marseille that saw Tottenham top their group.
Upon singing for the Villains, Lenglet told the club's official sit 'I'm very, very happy to be here,' he said. 'It's a real pleasure.
'I played against the team last year with Tottenham and it was really, really difficult to play against Aston Villa.

'I spoke with the manager and Monchi during the summer and I'm very excited to be here.
'I'm very happy to share one year with the club.'
He has won 15 caps for France and will provide cover in defence for Unai Emery's men following the knee injury sustained by Tyrone Mings in the opening day defeat to Newcastle.
Lenglet becomes Villa's fifth signing of the summer following the arrivals of Pau Torres, Moussa Diaby, Youri Tielemans and Nicolo Zaniolo.
