The Barcelona captain met with Mateu Alemany, Xavi and Rafa Yuste at the training ground

Mateu Alemany, Xavi and Sergio Busquets are meeting on Monday morning at the training ground, along with vice-president Rafa Yuste, with two important topics on the table. 

The club’s need to register new signings and renewed players, and possible pay-cuts to help this happen.

The meeting between the board and Busquets should advance these two issues. Barcelona said they had enough money to register their players but La Liga disagreed. 

La Liga kicks off next Saturday against Rayo Vallecano at Camp Nou.
