Robert Lewandowski left the field in the 33rd minute of Poland's last friendly ahead of Euro 2024, raising concerns about the captain's role in the tournament.
Poland beat Turkey 2-1 in Warsaw on Monday, with Karol Swiderski netting the opener, before a 90th-minute winner from Nicola Zalewski, after Baris Alper Yilmaz had equalised for the visitors.
Barcelona striker Lewandowski, 35, left the field with an apparent thigh problem while the hosts were 1-0 up - while Swiderski also picked up an ankle injury while celebrating his 12th-minute goal.
Lewandowski is the national team captain, but Poland manager Michal Probierz said afterwards: 'Robert has a slight injury but there should be no problem'.
There is also limited concern over 27-year-old Swiderski either, with Probierz revealing: 'Karol has sprained his ankle and only after the tests will we know what the situation looks like. There will certainly be no changes made.'

The two injuries are an additional headache for Poland going into Euro 2024.
Juventus striker Arkadiusz Milik was ruled out of the tournament after picking up a knee injury in Poland's previous warm-up game against Ukraine on Friday.
Aston Villa defensive star Matty Cash was also omitted from the Poland squad following an injury which forced him out of the back end of the club's successful campaign
Lewandowski has 82 goals in 148 appearances for his national side, and across the latest season with Barcelona, he scored 26 goals across all competitions.
Swiderski, who spent last season on loan at Hellas Verona from Charlotte FC, has 31 Poland caps, and 11 goals to his name.
Poland surprisingly failed to gain automatic qualification for Euro 2024 at the back end of last year, having won three games, drawn two and lost another two.

However, play-off wins over Estonia and Wales - the latter on penalties - meant that they secured their place in this summer's tournament in Germany, and they are now in an eight-game streak without defeat under Probierz.
Poland are in Group D at Euro 2024, and will face The Netherlands, Austria and France in their bid to reach the knockout stages.
