Harry Kane, who recently took one of his achievements away from him, could return to the attack and strip him of a second record.

Kane close to surpassing CR7 again

The Bayern Munich star recently scored the 500th goal of his career after netting twice in a 3-0 win over Werder Bremen. The amazing thing is that it took him 743 games, compared to Cristiano's 753.

This means that Kane could go on to match another achievement by the 41-year-old Portuguese star during his time at Real Madrid. Cristiano is currently the fastest player to reach 150 goals for a club, in just 149 appearances.

And although this record seems impossible to match, the 32-year-old has already scored 126 goals for Bayern in 131 games, so he is only 24 goals away from CR7's record in his next 18 appearances.

The truth is that Kane's high level of play this season could make the dream possible, but to do so, he would have to play the full 90 minutes of the remaining games and average a goal every 67.5 minutes, according to Onefootball.

Even more surprising is that Harry is already doing this, averaging a goal every 68.8 minutes, so if he wants to beat the record, he will have to increase his pace even more. However, if he wants to equal it, he must average at least one goal every 71.3 minutes.

Even if Kane fails to reach this mark, he would still become the second-fastest player to score 150 goals for a club. Erling Haaland needed 173 games with Manchester City, Zlatan Ibrahimovic needed 176 with PSG, and Robert Lewandowski needed 193 games with Bayern.

Meanwhile, Bayern are leading the Bundesliga with 57 points. They will host Frankfurt (seventh with 31 points) this Saturday, February 21, at the Allianz Arena, where Kane will look to continue his scoring streak.
