Barcelona midfielder Busquets to clarify his future next week

The Barça captain says he has "more or less" decided what he will do next season

Sergio Busquets has admitted to DAZN that he has "more or less" made a decision about his future and that he will communicate it to Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez next week, with no league game this weekend.

"I've thought about and more or less made a decision on my future," Busquets said. "Now I have a few days off and when I get back, I'll probably tell the coach."

Busquets was speaking after Jordi Alba scored the winning goal against Osasuna on Tuesday to move Barça within two points of the LaLiga title.

He was full of praise for his team-mate and friend: "Victories like this, after trying in every way possible, and even more so with a goal from a player so dear to us, leave a very good taste in our mouths.

"Jordi Alba loves Barça like few others. He always trains at his best, he's always ready to help, even if he's not playing as much as he would like or deserves to."

The league title is on the verge of being tinged Blaugrana and Barça are already taking out the calculator to find out when they can sing 'Champions'.

"We are worthy of this distance, hopefully we will be champions as soon as possible," Busquets added. "We have been very solid, something that has been more difficult in other years."
