Faye Brookes looked sensational as she showcased her incredible physique while relaxing in a sauna. 

The actress, 36, flaunted her toned abs as she shared a video of herself lying down in a skimpy green bikini. 

Appearing makeup free Faye flashed her side boob as she lay back while smiling at the camera.  

She captioned the clip: 'Just love your f****n life'.

The star has been enjoying a Spanish holiday with her husband Iwan Lewis as the pair travelled to Barcelona, Ibiza and Mallorca.

Sharing snaps from their holiday, Faye and Iwan enjoyed a passionate smooch as she wrote: 'memories made. sun kissed glow. batteries charged. heart full.'

It comes after Faye revealed her husband asked her to marry him on their very first date, 10 months before they walked down the aisle.

The star married theatre and film actor Iwan, 35, in a picturesque Cotswolds ceremony, at the end of August last year.

The couple had only been dating for four months before getting engaged and then tied the knot just seven months later.

They had been good friends for 16 years, but Faye explained that she was hesitant to view Iwan romantically, as she feared it would jeopardise their friendship.

She revealed that this changed on their first date, when Iwan revealed the depth of his feelings for her as he popped the question.

Speaking to OK!, she said: 'He has always made his feelings very open to me. But I was worried that if I was to have a relationship with him, it would really risk our friendship, which I value so much. 

'But when we went on our first date, he gave me a piece of paper that said, "Will you marry me?" He didn’t get down on one knee and it wasn’t a proposal – but it was him saying, "I’ve always loved you and I want to grow old with you." 

'And these things made me look at him differently and think, "Oh, you’re not just my friend".'

Faye admitted that she has 'never been so content' since getting married and moving to the Cotswalds, calling it the 'best decision I ever made'.

She gushed that Iwan was her 'best friend' and being with him made her feel as though she has 'this undeniable kind of safety net'.

Faye said: 'I just feel as if we have known each other for ever and ever. We’ve been through a lot as friends and then we’ve made the ultimate commitment, to get married. We’ve got each other. We don’t want anybody else and we’re very, very comfortable.'

She added: 'I’m just happy. And that’s really grounded me and given me a lot more clarification of thought about what I truly want. 

'He is everything. I think I’ve gained more from being with him in a short space of time than I have in my entire life. I think that’s a sign that we’re very close and comfortable with one another. Getting married was the easiest decision.'
