Manchester United fans took the chance to poke fun at their Man City rivals by taunting them over their 115 Financial Fair Play charges.

City are still awaiting an outcome for the 115 charges - that are strongly denied by the club - which include a failure to provide accurate financial information between the 2009-10 and 2017-18 seasons, a failure to provide accurate details of player and manager payments during the same period, and alleged breaches of Premier League and UEFA financial rules.

A total of 35 relate to a failure to co-operate with Premier League investigations into the matter between December 2018 and February 2023.

A date for City's hearing has yet to be confirmed and with legal challenges and appeals, is likely to drag on for several years yet.

But United fans are not going to let them forget about it and they decided to mock their rivals en route to Wembley for the FA Cup final.

Fans rejoiced when a road-sign had been put up, telling 'cheats' to go off at Junction 115.

Meanwhile, United fans travelling by coach had a laugh at City's expense with fans posing or photos by Bus 115 - with abusive stickers put on the windshield.

Earlier this week, Paddy Power poked fun at City 's fourth consecutive Premier League title with a tongue-in-cheek 'Asterisk Task Force' advert.

Guardiola 's side lifted the trophy for the sixth time in seven seasons, following their 3-1 victory over West Ham .

City though are still awaiting the outcome over their 115 charges for alleged breaches of Financial Fair Play rules. The Premier League champions have denied any wrongdoing.

Rival fans have mocked City by suggesting that an asterisk is hanging over their latest title triumph, until a verdict is made.

Paddy Power poked fun at City's success with an advert where a fake task force places asterisks to honour lists across the UK and Ireland 'whereby a sporting achievement is considered potentially tainted'.
