Chelsea star Mykhailo Mudryk will be hoping he can be the player spearheading Ukraine's Euro 2024 campaign.

Serhiy Rebrov's side head to Germany as ambassadors amid Russia's invasion and will be eager to go far in the competition.

Chelsea's £88million signing who has yet to impress in England has the potential to be the war-torn country's unsung hero if he is able to re-find his form. 

Away from the pitch the 23-year-old is known for his numerous amount of tattoos, which are inked all across his body.

Here is a complete breakdown of Mudrky's tattoos and what they mean as the Ukranian is covered in words and symbols paying homage to his religious beliefs and passion for the game. 

The Ukrainian has approximately 15 tattoos inked across his body

Neck Tattoos 

 Lets start with Mudryk's most obvious and prominent tattoos, his neck tattoos.

The Ukrainian has several tattoos inked onto his neck, four to be exact. 

The first of which has the words 'Only Jesus' written in bold ink on the left side of his neck, with an infinity symbol positioned right above it. 

This is the first of many tattoos Mudryk has which connect his strong link to faith.

Moving to the middle of neck, one of Mudryk's latest additions is 'Talent Ain't Enough' with the word talent crossed out. 

One can only speculate, that the winger added the new tattoo to address all the criticism he has received since making his move to Chelsea.

His fourth and final piece of ink, is located on the right side of the neck and continues down to his right shoulder. 

The tattoo is of three butterflies done with blue ink. Mudryk debuted the tattoo with an Instagram post captioned 'fly away' , the meaning being conveyed with a butterfly emoji followed by the word 'way'.

Body Tattoos

His neck is not the only part of him which is covered in tattoos, with his chest, arms and legs also being tatted.

The largest and most eye-catching of his body tattoos are those located on his chest.

The Ukrainian has two big tattoos located on either side of his chest which showcase the passions in his life... Football and religion. 

On the left side, he has a tattoo of a heart which has been placed just inches above his real heart and beside the heart is a football which signifies his love and passion for the game. 

On the right side, Mudryk continues his theme of religious ink, with a passage containing a letter to god.

It reads 'Dear God, if today I lose my hope, remind me that your plans are better than my dreams'. 

The Ukrainian also has two tattoos on the back of his left and right arm, both of which are anime/cartoon characters, with text written below them. 

He also has the word Again written six times on his leg, which likely serves as a reminder to never give up. 

Hand Tattoos 

The Chelsea starlet has a number of dainty words and symbols inked on his hands. 

All of which have clear connections to his faith and religion.

He has a cross tattooed on his left thumb and then the letters 'F' and 'E' drawn on the inside of his right and left palm.

When he puts his two hands together in the form of a prayer, it creates the Portuguese word for 'faith' 

On the inside of his fingers, he has two tattoos.

On one of his right fingers, he has the words 'Thank you god' tattooed.

Whilst another finger has 'shhh...' inked, which is certainly directed to silence his haters.
