Bayern Munich are the champions of Germany in the most dramatic fashion. The Bavarians won 2-1 in the last minute against Koln, and coupled with Dortmund's 2-2 draw against Mainz, sealed their 11th consecutive Bundesliga title.

Going into the game, Bayern knew they had to win and hope that Dortmund, who were two points clear at the top, didn't.

Bayern got off to the ideal start when Leroy Sane set up Kingsley Coman to score in the eighth minute.

By half time, Dortmund were 2-0 down, and Bayern had more than one hand on the trophy. And even with 10 minutes left, Dortmund had narrowed the deficit but showed little sign of turning the game around.

Yet Bayern so nearly gave away the title on 81 minutes as a Koln penalty, which was dispatched by Ljubicic, meant the title was heading to Dortmund.

But who would bet against Bayern in such a situation? As true champions do, they managed to find a way. Jamal Musiala manufactured a yard of space on the edge of the box before sending a shot into the far corner to give Bayern the title.

Dortmund managed to level their game late on but it was not enough, as Thomas Tuchel had his old side Mainz to largely thank for his first title with the Bavarians.
